Active Moreland offers small group training programs; providing an expertly supervised Small Group Training experience, with a maximum of 10 participants per class.

The two small group training programs available are Adrenaline HIT and Strength.

Adrenaline HIT

A high-intensity interval training program designed for everyone, these sessions will develop your speed, power, endurance and balance to improve fitness, agility and ability to complete exercises.

Adrenaline Strength

A strength training program with our qualified personal trainers to develop strength and power in lifts such as squats, deadlifts and other compound movements.

Small group training is high intensity training - sessions assist in building strength and improving overall fitness. Burn fat and break through your barriers! 

These small group sessions utilise our functional training and outdoor areas, where you will get to learn new exercises and use state-of-the-art equipment under guidance from our qualified Adrenaline HIT and Strength coaches demonstrating correct technique.

Throughout the year Active Moreland also runs fitness challenges which are immersive group training sessions designed to help you set goals, create habits and see results.
