We offer personal training at four of our centres:

Working consistently with a personal trainer over time is a sure way to reach your targets and goals whatever they may be! We match you with the right trainer to accommodate your needs, our personal trainers will plan and deliver individualised sessions to suit your level of fitness and the goals you want to achieve. Sessions are balanced to maximise time, efficiency and results.

During sessions you will have access to our fully equipped gym and designated training space. Trainers will monitor your progress with our evolt body scanner and regular benchmarking.

Personal trainers

Our trainers are some of the best in the industry and maintain a full range of qualifications as a mandatory requirement. Our trainers will provide you with professional guidance and knowledge on both training and nutrition, plus many also have extra qualifications in specialised fields, such as post-injury, pre/post pregnancy, youth exercise and older adults.

Prices

You can pay for personal training per session or buy 10 visit passes, with different fees for members and non-member.

Small group training sessions

As 1:1 personal training isn't for you, we also offer small group training sessions. Small group training is high intensity training - sessions assist in building strength and improving overall fitness. Burn fat and break through your barriers! These sessions utilise our functional training and outdoor areas, where participants will get to learn new exercises and use state-of-the-art equipment under guidance from our qualified Adrenaline HIT coaches demonstrating correct technique.
