Helen has been working at Brunswick Baths for years and is a fantastic all-rounder, taking many of our group fitness classes as well as working regularly in the gym.
Sim is adventurous and loves trying new activities! She enjoys strength training, and in her down time readying, listening to music or watching movies.
Shenae competes in both Body Building and Powerlifting competitions. She currently holds the World Junior Squat Record, as well as several national records in Powerlifting.
Mehdi has won the Victorian Open Para Track & Field Championships in 2015, 2016, & 2017. Mehdi also practices Olympic Wrestling and has a keen interest in Martial Arts.
Luis enjoys creating a positive and fun experience for his clients to help them reach their fitness goals.
Lily came from Mexico to Australia, following her passion for Yoga and fitness. She thrives in health & fitness environments, and believes that being active benefits both the body and mind.
Lewy became a trainer because he loves helping people develop, and watching the progression from any form of exercise.
