Adrenaline HIT is a high-intensity interval training program designed for everyone.
These small group training sessions utilise our functional training and outdoor areas, where participants will get to learn new exercises and use state-of-the-art equipment under guidance from our qualified Adrenaline HIT coaches demonstrating correct technique.
The ultimate combination of functional training and high intensity interval training delivered in an explosive 45 minute workout that will combine all the movements and techniques experienced in the other group training sessions. This is your chance to challenge yourself and measure improvements.
Adrenaline HIT consists of four workout blocks
Time – Complete the circuit as fast as possible.
Tabata – Interval training utilising 8 exercises followed by a cardio burst.
Reps – Do a maximum reps or load in a set time.
Box – 12 minutes to complete as many rounds of the 4 cross training stations followed by a cardio burst.
Adrenaline HIT is a paid program held all year round at the following Active Moreland centres.

You can book into any session up to a week in advance, although it is recommended that you book as soon as possible as there is a maximum of 10 participants per session.
