The Express based class is a 30 minute intensive class. Please note outdoor cardio box classes are weather dependent. Due to hygiene it is suggested that you bring your own Boxing gloves.

Kettlebells are solid cast iron weights that look like a cannon ball with a handle. This is a weight training class that works many body parts simultaneously as well as elevating the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training and igh calorie burning.
LESS MILLS BARRE
This is a modern versio of classic balletic training; a 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movement and very light weights.
Lift for Life
Specifically for patrons who require rehabilitation. The class is conducted in a controlled environment under the management of a highly skilled trainer who provides supervision, help with technique, form, variation and progression for exercises. Prior to starting, patrons will book and receive a face to face session with a trainer to obtain a personalised program for the class. Lift for Life is an additional paid service to a standard membership.
LLLS (Living Longer Living Stronger)
A weight training program focusing on improving muscle strength, flexibility and balance. This program is endorsed by the Council on the Ageing.
Calm your mind and enhance your inner peace with this tranquil meditation class.
Pilates will assist in strengthening your core and improving your flexibility, by focusing exercises on correct body alignment, breathing, lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Due to the nature of this class and the focus on core strength this class is not suitable for pregnant women.
This class focuses on posture, strengthening and toning the muscles that are under strain throughout your pregnancy and then retraining and toning muscles back to strength and shape after the birth of your baby. Regardless of whether you are expecting or have just recently had a baby, this class can deliver optimal fitness and health.
Run Like Crazy
A morning run group that leaves from Brunswick Baths reception at 6 am and heads to Royal Parade or Princess Park. The plan changes each session and incorporates short and long intervals, tempo runs, time trials and even some hill runs.

Pre/Post Natal Sessions
A pregnancy specific class designed to build and maintain core strength, spinal flexibility, posture and pelvic floor control.
