We have a variety of group fitness classes to get you active and engaged regardless of your fitness or ability level.
We have classes morning and evening seven days a week to choose from including Aqua Aerobics, Zumba, Cycle and Yoga. We have both low and high impact activities to suit any age or fitness level.

Get active with your kids as part of Family Zumba!
Family Zumba is a high energy aerobic class designed to get both grown ups and kids moving!
Classes are for adults of any age and children ages 4-12. The child friendly routines are set to Latin rhythmic beats and aim to increase coordination and confidence.
It's easy to do, and before you know it, you’re getting fit and having fun!
Our cycle studio ensures that every class is uplifting and great for your fitness.
The cycle studio is air conditioned and has a high quality sound system to really get you moving!
Regardless of your level of fitness you can always benefit from a cycle workout. There is virtually zero shock loading to connective tissues and joints. Cycle training gives you the ability to train at any speed without fear of injury and can burn up to 11 calories per minute.
Our instructors are there to guide you through your workout and it’s a fun way to reach the level of fitness you want.
