Kettlebell Training (KBT) is taking the world by storm!
The main reason is that there is no better way to burn fat, tone up and increase strength than with a series of high repetition, ballistic kettlebell exercises.
Due to this revolution, KBT is the newest addition to our list of small group personal training sessions. The session consists of challenging exercises that work your body as one unit.
Each session is taken by a trained KBT coach that will ensure both safety and maximum results in each and every session.
Each session has a maximum of 20 participants allowing more attention and coaching for you.
