Fit4Fun is a multisport and exercise program for children aged 3 to 12 years.

Our program has been designed by qualified and experienced staff specialising in exercise for children and sessions are delivered by Certificate IV qualified fitness instructors who can provide kids with a fun and social environment to develop their fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, listening and confidence.

Our program

The Australian Government recommends that children aged 12 and under should participate in at least 60 minutes of exercise every day.

Fit4Fun recognises the importance of delivering a sport and fitness program that develops a passion for being active within an inclusive, sustainable and enjoyable environment. It helps participants reach the required 60 minutes of exercise per day as well as enabling students to learn life-long skills through participation in a diverse range of sport and fitness activities.
