Our Intro to Kettlebell class aims to encourage a variety of challenging exercises that work your body as one unit. Each session is held by a trained KBT coach, who will ensure both safety and maximum results in each and every session.
The program provides you with the confidence to:
- Practice ballistic kettlebell exercises
- Demonstrate correct technique
- Increase your strength
- Have fun with others!
Session times are as follows:
- Wednesday 20 June at 6.15 am
- Wednesday 27 June at 6.15 am
- Wednesday 4 July at 6.15 am
