Adrenaline HIT is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program designed for all fitness levels. It is designed to help you reach your fitness goals faster, in a fun and challenging team environment. These small group training sessions utilise our purpose built functional training room, where participants will learn new exercises using our state of the art equipment. Under the guidance of our qualified Adrenaline coaches, you will be shown the correct technique to execute the exercises.
Adrenaline consists of 4 workout blocks:
Time – Complete the circuit as fast as possible.
Tabata – Interval training utilising eight exercises followed by a cardio burst.
Reps – Do a maximum reps or load in a set time.
Box – 12 minutes to complete as many rounds of the four cross training stations followed by a cardio burst.
Rush – a benchmark session to hit your goals and reach targets set by your coach.

You can book into any session up to a week in advance, although it is recommended that you book as soon as possible as there is a maximum of 10 participants per session.
