Group fitness classes

Group fitness is a great way to provide your students with a diverse range of activities to get active and have fun. We offer both low and high impact classes including yoga, meditation, boxing, cycle, dance, plus much more.

You can either bring a group of students to one of our leisure centres or we can come to you!

Female only classes

We also offer classes with a female instructor so your female students feel comfortable when participating in physical exercise.

We also offer self defence sessions for groups of females or mixed-gender to assist in developing assertiveness, verbal skills and physical technique.

Health club session

Bring your students along for a gym-based session with a qualified fitness instructor. With state-of-the-art equipment at all of our leisure facilities, this is a great chance to introduce students to gym-based training. 

Interval training for teens

A high-intensity interval training program designed for all fitness levels that helps students reach their fitness goals faster in a fun and challenging team environment.

The interval training for teens program can even come to your school!
