Having worked with a wide range of clients who have achieved amazing results, I can help tailor a program specific to your needs. I am an IFBB Figure competitor and specialise in:

  • Health and fitness,
  • Fat loss and muscle gain (while maintaining a feminine physique),
  • Strength with focus on correct technique, and
  • Competition preparation.
