Mishfit provides education and safe excercise for pregnant and post natal women, focusing of pelvic floor safe and rehabilitation programs. We provide group or personal training sessions. Women are welcome to bring their children to the classes, which are currently held on Tuesday and Fridays mornings. Programs and classes can be developed for individual groups such as mothers groups or local businesses in their own venues or outdoor areas.
