Tai Chi is learned by doing and anyone can learn. 

Regular practice of Taoist Tai Chi™ internal arts can bring a wide range of health benefits to the muscular, skeletal and circulatory systems and reduce stress.

Classes start 2 or 3 times a year. Visit our website for class for start dates. 

The Saturday class can be joined any time. While it is generally learnt from beginner to end, it is possible to join anytime and learn the moves to the end, then learn the earlier moves. It takes 3-4 months to learn the moves of the 108-move set. 

When

  • Date and time: No next activity (Recurring activity)
  • Repeats weekly on Saturday
  • Activity occurs during the school term, activity occurs during the school holiday

  • There are discounts for seniors and concession card holders. Latest fees can be downloaded from the website
