Tai Chi is learned by doing and people of all ages and conditions can learn.  It takes 3 or 4 months to learn the moves of the 108-move set.

Regular practice of Taoist Tai Chi™ internal arts can bring a wide range of health benefits to the muscular, skeletal and circulatory systems and reduce stress.

Classes start 2 or 3 times a year. Visit our website for class start dates.
