Tai Chi's flowing movements and deep breathing will help to relax your body and calm your mind! Regular practice of tai chi has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve joint stability and increase the sense of well-being.
Dr Paul Lam, a physician and renowned Tai Chi teacher, has developed the Tai Chi for Health programs in consultation with tai chi experts and health professionals. The programs are endorsed by Arthritis Foundations in Australia and overseas, the CDC in the US, and the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
